PRACTICE POLICIES
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
The following policies apply to all appointments and services provided by Archway Aesthetics.
These Practice Policies are incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use.
By booking an appointment or receiving services you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
1. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Archway Aesthetics reserves the right to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Repeated missed appointments or excessive late cancellations may result in limitations on future booking privileges at management’s discretion.
2. Running Late
If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Provider or management to ensure quality of care and respect for other scheduled Guests.
3. Financial Responsibility
Archway Aesthetics is a cashless practice.
Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. We accept payment by credit card or approved financing partners.
We do not bill or accept insurance. All services are self-pay.
By booking an appointment or receiving services you agree to be personally responsible for payment of all services provided. Any payment arrangements must be documented in writing with management.
By providing a credit card for booking or payment, you authorize Archway Aesthetics to securely retain your card on file and to charge your card for services rendered, applicable fees, balances owed, and charges permitted under these policies.
4. Prepaid Packages
Prepaid packages, including series packages, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value except where required by law.
Prepaid package services may not be split between multiple individuals and may only be used by the original purchaser.
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase prepaid packages must be used within 18 months of the purchase date. Unused portions of prepaid packages are forfeited after expiration.
In limited circumstances and at management’s sole discretion a courtesy adjustment or in-practice credit may be offered. Any such adjustment does not create an obligation to provide refunds or credits in the future.
5. Per-Unit Pricing for Injectables
For treatments priced per unit the total charge is based on the number of units actually administered.
Unit requirements vary by individual and are determined by the treating Provider based on clinical assessment.
6. No Refund Policy
All services rendered are non-refundable. Individual results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. This includes partially used prepaid packages.
In limited circumstances and at management’s sole discretion an adjustment or in-practice credit may be offered. Any such accommodation is voluntary and does not constitute a waiver of these policies.
7. Product Returns
Product returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
Unused products in original packaging may be refunded to the original form of payment.
Used products may be eligible for exchange or in-practice credit at management’s discretion.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards and certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service or redeemed through our digital system.

9. Memberships
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Membership dues are billed automatically unless canceled in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
Members may cancel their membership by providing at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.
Please refer to your Membership Agreement for complete terms and conditions.
10. Minors
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment at Archway Aesthetics unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and clinical determination.
For the safety and comfort of all Guests we kindly request that children not accompany you to your appointment.
11. Pets
Pets are not permitted in the practice.
Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome.
12. Provider Absence
If a scheduled Provider becomes unavailable we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative Provider or reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time.
13. Inclement Weather or Early Closure
In the event of inclement weather or circumstances requiring early closure affected Guests will be contacted and given priority rescheduling. Updates may also be posted on our website or social media channels.
14. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Archway Aesthetics is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all Guests and Team Members.
- Harassment
- Threatening or abusive behavior
- Discriminatory conduct
- Arriving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
Guests who violate this policy may be refused service or denied future appointments at management’s discretion.
15. Pricing
Archway Aesthetics reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Pricing in effect at the time of service or purchase controls.
Promotional pricing is limited-time and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
16. Recording
Recording of Providers or staff during evaluation or treatment without prior written consent is prohibited. Archway Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if this policy is violated.
