Building the Archway
In 2025, we designed our Las Vegas medical spa to be a luxurious sanctuary where aesthetics and confidence come together. We crafted every detail of our space to inspire a sense of empowerment, providing an environment where you can focus on enhancing your natural aesthetic.

Meet Our Team Members
Medical Director
Joi Soria, NP
Medical Director
Joi has been a registered nurse since 2015 and nurse practitioner since 2024. Soon after graduating from the UNLV School of Nursing, she moved to Southern California where she started her career as an aesthetic nurse focusing on energy-based treatments including lasers and radiofrequency devices.
Joi began injecting after obtaining her certification in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 2018 and has continually attended trainings in aesthetic medicine since then. She is passionate about regenerative aesthetics and educating both patients and providers about the importance of treatments that preserve and restore collagen and elastin in the skin in conjunction with cosmetic injectable treatments.
In her free time, Joi loves to travel and spend time with her husband and two daughters.

Danielle Leeds, RN
Aesthetic Injector
Danielle became a registered nurse in 2016 and has been an aesthetic injector since 2020. She graduated from Orvis School of Nursing in 2016. The time that Daniellie spent working in the NICU enhanced her strong attention to detail and gentle touch.
Danielle is passionate about education for skin care and treatments that will guide you to feeling confident and radiant in your own skin. Danielle focuses on a natural approach, so you are still you- just appearing more refreshed and rejuvenated.
In her free time, Danielle loves reading, spending time with her dog, and traveling.
Advanced Aesthetician
Nina Davis
Advanced Aesthetician
Nina is an Advanced Aesthetician with six years of experience in the role and eight years total in the beauty and wellness industry. Nina is passionate about helping Guests not just look confident, but feel it – inside and out – by bringing a well-rounded and elevated approach to every service.
She’s also your go-to for foodie finds, matcha recommendations, and all things self-care. When Nina is not in the treatment room, she’s usually spending time with her family and her staff pit bull.
Practice Manager
Joy Inglis
Practice Manager
With over 12 years in the beauty industry and six years dedicated to aesthetics, Joy brings a wealth of expertise, passion, and heart to her role as Practice Manager at Archway Aesthetics. Her background includes serving as Location Director and other senior roles where she led high-performing teams at various premier med spas and refined her skills in service excellence and business operations.
Joy is known for her belief in high-level hospitality and acts as a Trusted Advisor to both Guests and Team Members. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, elevated experience for every Guest- where transformation is not only skin deep, but felt through connection, care, and expertise.
Outside of the treatment room, Joy is a passionate performer in belly dance, a devoted yoga practitioner currently completing her teacher training, and a proud collector of designer dolls. She cherishes time with her husband and their beloved Shih Tzu, Princess Leia- her constant sidekick and source of daily joy.

Receptionist
Angie has been dedicated to the med spa industry for the past five years as a receptionist. With this, she has developed a deep understanding of Guest care, aesthetic goals, and front desk operations. Angie takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment for everyGuest who walks through the door.
In her free time, Angie enjoys trying new food trends as seen on TikTok.
